Can I import customer lists from CSV or Excel?
Yes. Upload a CSV with your own columns — name, city, invoice due, product — and use them as placeholders in your message.
What happens if someone opts out?
When a customer replies STOP, they're tagged as opted out and left out of every future broadcast automatically.
Do I need Meta API approval or a green tick?
No. You connect your own WhatsApp number by scanning a QR code and can start right away. Please only message people who've agreed to hear from you.
What is spintax?
